Privacy

We keep this simple. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no tracking. We only hold what you choose to send us, and only for as long as we need it.

What we collect

• Report an issue: the base and machine, what's wrong, an optional note, and an optional email (only if you want a reply).
• Contact: a reason, an optional name, your email, and your message.

That's it. We don't collect anything in the background.

Why we use it

Only to fix the problem you reported, or to reply to your message. Nothing else.

No tracking

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies. Spam protection uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that doesn't track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Submissions are automatically deleted after 90 days.

Who else is involved

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides edge security.
• Email notifications are delivered via Resend, a service based in the United States — so if you include an email or message, it may be processed in the US to deliver that notification.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email us and we'll sort it.
